Whenever a family or a person migrates from one place to another then various changes take place in life. New family remain unknown about the tradition and culture of new place. Life style of host country may also be different.

Language difference is another issue. All these causes huge problem and there remains a requirement to set an adjustment. Various conflicts may also take place on daily basis. If a skilled person moves to some other place then chances of getting an improved life increases by many folds.

Economic output may also increase. People basically migrate to some other place in a hope of better future. Forceful migration separates family members. It may create various stress factors. If native people of host country do not accept the migrated people then various clashes starts taking place and life start becoming more and more difficult.

A psychological pressure is being built which impacts the overall performances in various dimensions of life.
