The three causes of voluntary turnover are affected by the following considerations:

DESIRABILITY OF LEAVING = TYPE OF EMPLOYEE
Since the need, so the employees and their personal goals may not be inclined with that of the organization, or they want to explore more opportunities, they make specific decisions which are based on their outlook.

EASE OF LEAVING AND ALTERNATIVES = TYPE OF JOB
The type of job being offered and the position at which an employee is currently working can create the understanding for turnover since the specificity of the position, in general, would dictate if they can find another job at a similar position or higher in a related industry. For example, in the service industry in countries such as India, there is a high demand for business process and customer service position, and therefore, the consideration for turnover becomes higher in regards to the needs of the employee.
