A teacher of young children can conduct tasks which does not reinforce traditional gender roles but instead reinforce natural behaviour. Both girls and boys should be treated fairly and equally with no superiority of one gender over the other. They can be told stories of equality. All and any activity conducted should never encourage traditional gender role. The response from the teacher should be unbiased, and same to both the genders. He/she should try to provide a new outlook of the world and not get swayed away by the environment present else where. Apart from the activities, the teacher should develop in the children, a liking for their natural behaviour over societal expectations. This can happen through constant encouragement, reinforcement etc.
