The statement means that in order to ensure the effectiveness of the website, the design of the website must be repetitively analysed as per customer perspective. This means, the customer feedback must be obtained in order to improve the website. The design must be perfected till customer satisfaction is achieved. This involves researching new ideas to improve customer interface and testing it's impact on customer satisfaction levels.

Customer feedback is obtained by feedback forms, one-to-one interviews, obtaining suggestions and opinions via online and offline surveys.
