A bus is a communication system in computer architecture that transfers data between components inside a computer, or between computers. This term includes all the components and software relevant to the hardware like communication protocols. While bus network is a network topology in which there is proper structure to connect different components of the network together.

For example, In bus network topology all the devices in a network are connected to the main cable in the network.
