We have 800 out of 1000 surveyed sample which felt the car headlight is sufficiently bright

Hence probability of finding bright car+probability of finding not a bright car =1

800/1000+p=1

p=0.2

Therefore we have 0.2 chances of finding car owners with no bright lights
