Answer is as follows :

For given scenario Skype connection is more reliable on UDP because it is fast delivering packets, so quality for video calling get good.

For Email, we know that SMTP i.e. Simple mail transfer protocol is used that is part of TCP. But UDP in this case is less reliable as compare to TCP, because TCP handle these type of data efficiently.

Streaming Video at you tube, currently UDP is used, but for buffering issues TCP is more reliable.

File transfer is more reliable in TCP rather than UDP, because it is based on FTP i.e. mostly used under TCP.
