A system can occur in two energy levels, S1 where E= Eo + kB*TR and S2 where E= Eo+ 2kB*TR, (TR=298 K). At what temperature would 1/3 of the molecules be in the S2 states? answer in K to nearest whole degree. Answer is 430 but how?
