There are a lot of things about humanities that makes you love it. First of all, evident by the name itself, "Humanities", we can interpret that it means the study of the human. It helps us to understand people in our society better, different languages, culture and many more aspects of society. And if you want to stay in society happily you need to understand people around you also the people in the office are from different diversities, humanities help you in knowing them.
History is something is not everyone is interested in. And the people who are legitly interested in it find easier to predict the future because they have been studying the patterns of the thing in the past. And this type of ability to predict is not available to everyone.
Some expectations of writing about history are:
1. Persuasive thesis: It is expected that whatever you will write will persuade people to think and imagine the scenario of the past in their head.
2. Enough evidence is required: History is something which can't be said just like that, it requires a huge amount of pieces of evidence to prove your thesis or point.
