The reason why small and medium enterprises should be administered with the same intensity and dedication as large companies at the same time because these SME also gives support to improve the economy of the country just like the large companies. These SME does their best to make their business more economical and profitable for them as well as to its customers even though on short of resources.These SME helps to generate employment to other people which increases the Standard of living and their purchasing power so i think SME should be treated as equal as the Large companies.These Small companies are administered empirically because sometimes these professionals are not aware of their skills and profession so they are advised to work in small companies in order to gain knowledge and skills but after that they take jobs in large companies.
