1. Availability of seats

2. Duration of journey

3 Time of journey

4 Fare of journey

5 Provides the least possible fare journey

6 Provides least possible time journey

7 provides most economic journey with minimal time as well as minimal fare possible

8 Adjacent flights or connecting flights over a long route journey

9 connecting transportation on road may be cab or buses

10 updates if seats are available on cancellations

11 updated delay reports

12 busy week schedules .. customers would know which time of the month getting tickets may be difficult due to some vacation or festival season

13 updating of class of journey in flight for some cause if available

14 Preference of meals for long route journeys

15 also if a passenger wants to book a pickup to the airport via cab or bus

16 if a passenger wants to book a stay near airport before or after the journey

17 special provision for medically unfit passengers if required

18 luggage information if one is interested to schedule a pickup or drop

19 boarding pass

20 passport related issues.

The requirements would certainly depend on the System you are developing, certainly these could be all I could possibly think of..

It may prove to exceed your systems capabilities or even be less than what you plan to develop.
