Answer #1

It order to avoid partiality there should be term limit on holding office for governors of Minnesota. Position of governor is highly accountable and responsible. It may be possible that a person who remains on the seat of governor for long time may manipulate the working environment in the office. He may regulate the things according to his wish instead of following rules and regulations.

There should be term limits for Minnesota governor also because there are other eligible person who are waiting to become a governor., they should also be given an equal chance to sit on the position. It is also necessary to replace a governor with another after certain period of time to avoid corruption, manipulation and discrimination.
