Answer #1

Ans.1- US net export will increase by $100 in 2019 compare to 2018

Net export = export-import . exports increase by 50 and imports decrease by 50 . So, net exports increase by 100.

Ans.2-False

if US prices go up relative to prices in Mexico, demand for american goods will fall leading to a fall in the demand for dollars and hence USD will depreciate.
