1. Haiti has been understood to be one of the countries that counts for almost 50% of most of the cases of AIDS. The disparities include poverty, access to health care, along with social political instabilities. There have to be interventions identified such that it would help in improving coping strategies.

2. There has to be ground level work, such that there should be proper coordination among the health care individuals providing care to the patients. It is required that the personnel proving care should be aware of the culture and should be culturally competent. Structural violence occurring in the system should be prevented. Also, there should not be any gender inequality or poverty observed.There should be a development of interpersonal relationships among the health care individuals and the patients.

3. To reduce behaviors that would be damaging to the health of the individual. To educate people about reducing exposure to vulnerabilities, as well as disadvantaged populations. It is important that along with treating the condition, there should be prevention of spread as well.
