please help me put together a presentation about mid-life. Prof. says to relate topic to multicultural/diversity issues relevant to the age range can u write it in a skit between two people like a wife and a husband.

SKIT BETWEEN WIFE AND HUSBAND

Molly and John are a 35-40 years old couple, who are happily married. They are living in the rural area outskirts of Indiana. Their occupation is farming. Their children are in the new york doing their respective jobs.

The setting is of a living room.

Molly: Here is your breakfast.

John: What did you make today?

Molly: Just simple bread-butter toast and tea is going to be ready.

John: But today is Sunday, were you not supposed to cook some pancakes or bacon?

Molly: Yes, I am sorry honey, but last night I had a fever. I took some medicine and woke up late.

John: Oh that's bad, How are you now?

Molly: I am fine. But this fever keeps coming continuously. Maybe my health issues have started to emerge. I am getting weak.

John: Don't be stupid. It is just stress. We will visit the hospital and get you checked. Everything would be fine.

Molly: Yeah right. It is stress

John: What are you worried about?

Molly: I am lately, started missing my sons. they used to come and give a visit every week. from the last 6 months, they are so busy that they are not being able to find the time. I miss them a lot.

John: I understand. I also miss my boys. But recently I have also started to face some health issues. I think we should get ourself checked.

Molly: Really? why didn't you tell me? yes, we should go and get ourself checked.

John: There are some other issues which are going in my mind. I feel that I am incomplete. I started to feel less interest in farming.

Molly: Why do you say so? you used to love farming.

John: Yes. I used to. But right now I feel I should do something else. But I feel laid back and stress. I feel now the time has passed and I can't do something new and rather stick to this farming.

Molly: Don't be silly. there is always scope for change. What do you want to do? Tell me?

John: That's another problem. I cannot figure out what to do next. I am so indulging in farming that I do not get any time to think something new.

Molly: John please don't take the stress. I think you should talk to your sons about this. They are creative and help you to resolve this issue. right now eat your breakfast and let's go out to watch some movie or something. this will help in taking a break and enjoy life.

John: yes. I will call my sons. I should call them now. And yes the movie plan is on.
