Heifer International is a community development organization that is working to eradicate hunger and poverty around the globe.

Steps to Developing the Organization's image and brand and the characteristics of AACM of Heifer International are as follows:

• The purpose of the brand should be discovered at the initial stage of developing the brand image of an organization

• A competitive analysis within the industry must be conducted to address the strengths and weaknesses of the competitors. It is the easiest way to convince audience reasons behind choosing the products of Heifer International

• Heifer International must set the target audience of its products to ensure a specific target

• The mission statement for the brand and vision statement for the brand should be fixed

• Qualities and benefits of using the brand must be specified accordingly to clarify the importance of the products to the target audience

• A unique brand voice must be established. For example- the brand voice should be professional, friendly and authoritative

• A brand story for Heifer International should be created

• A catchy logo and tagline for the company should be created

• Hence, the integrity of the brand should be maintained adequately through quality products and services

Elements that matter the most are as follows:

• Brand value: the Brand value of an organization matters significantly for an organization as it enhances the organizational reputation. The brand value increases by maintaining consistency in products and services.

• Consumer satisfaction: Satisfactory level of target consumers is a significant element for the Heifer International brand. It helps the management to assume the market share and turn over.

• Market share: Brand mostly depends on the market share. A consistently upward trending market shares ensure the potential brand value of the company.

I would use digital media marketing to increase the attractiveness of the brand. Digital media marketing is a significant way to brand the organization. It is an effective media to enhance the brand value of the company using various filters, features, and services to draw the attention of a maximum number of customers.
