I have an employee who has become disillusioned because the job is not what he thought...

I have an employee who has become disillusioned because the job is not what he thought it was when he applied. There's a learning curve in the beginning but he has coped . He has problems with management, he thinks employee welfare and benefits could be improved as he works hard. He likes the team but they are cold to him. He tries hard to communicate with them but they dont like to respond. He thinks it could be because he is too aggressive. He talks over team members and makes them feel like their words are not genuine. The team members are afraid of his over the top personality and suggest he shouldn't come over so aggressively.

1. There is no friendly and familiar armosphere in the work place. There is no mutual understanding and harmonious mood in the work place.

2. His team members are cold and indifferent to him. They are not so warm and enthusiastic to him. There is no faithful relationship among them. There is no confidentiality among them.

3. The speaker says that he is too aggressive. The others fear him for his personality. He even thinks that the conduct of his team members is not genuine.

4. The other team members say that he should not have such aggressiveness and this aggressive approach keeps him aloof from the rest of the members of the team.
