Also Adrenal medulla secreates Nor Epinephrine and Epinephrine in response to low BP which Causes peripheral vaso constriction and increases the Blood Pressure.

Chemoreceptors are receptors that Usualy detect changes in the Arterial Po2 and Pco2 Concentration,which control Respiratory rate .Even though they can control Blood Pressure in response to hypo perfusion /hypo ventilation of lungs,in this case of sudden drop in BP,Chemoreceptors do not act.
