Customer service- which companies concentrate on the satisfaction of their customers by offering appropriate services in order to retain them and also set a good example for new customers. Product knowledge - product knowledge is very significant for you. Through which the products are explained to the customers properly. Until and unless the employees are not aware of the product itself it will be very difficult to sell them out. So training is provided to them accordingly.
Product quality- Companies improve the product quality to retain the customers and their faith in the company as well as the product.
The focus of the Research and Development focused companies-
Innovation- The companies which are more into research and development focus on new technologies and target those customers who want innovations and want to look different than the others. So they invest a huge on the research and development activities
