Ans- Success of an organization depends upon it's leadership. If leader of the organization is capable enough to foresee the future of firm and align his decision accordingly then organization perform exceptionally. The strong strategic leader should be of following characteristic, which are as follows:
• Praise their employees: Strong strategic leaders should praise their employees for their good job. As, accolade from their leader makes them motivated, confident, happy. This an intangible force to propel them in positive direction of organizational growth.
• Provide scope for skill development: As all the persons in the world want growth, and we know that in the growth of employees, the growth of organization is hidden. So, for their professional growth strong strategic leaders makes proper arrangements of skill development program for their employees. With this they feel secure and motivated, and become bountiful for organization.
• Listening and empathy: Strong strategic leaders are good listener. They listen to their employees carefully and act accordingly. If listening and actions are empathetic then employees feel connected to their leader. So, they get motivated and feel they have some value to the organization.
