In your opinion, if a company has its headquarters in Bermuda, is it a “Bermudan” company? If so, in what respect? If not, explain why not.

Legally it can be considered as a "Bermudan company. But modern day corporations no longer limit their operations to their headquarters , they have their research wing in a different country, manufacturing plant in different country etc. For example Philips headquarters is in Netherlands, but it  has large manufacturing plant in USA  and it is perceived to be a American company.
