The problem can arise in form of difficulties in arranging the necessary infrastructure and resources to support and execute the plan on short notice.

The plan of work would include

(i) Identification of the resources available on hand with their individual competencies to conduct summer classes.

(ii) Identification of the market sie for each program, for which the competency is available.

(iii) Capability of mobilising the students for summer classes and arranging the additional infrastructure as needed,

(iv) Securing necessary approvals and forming alliances to start the program

(v) Execute the plan.

(vi) Evaluate the plan at intervals to assess the success and make suitable arrangements if needed.

The qualifications and experience

The team responsible for conducting the programs must hold necessary qualifications, competencies and experience to conduct the course so as to maximise the customer satisfaction. These qualifications might be related to education, compliance to the laws, length of experience, certification from competent agencies etc. while the experience should be related to work in relevant field,
