In Asia there is majority of Christianity in many countries. Asian culture is a mixed culture. Here the main religious force was Muslim. Along with Muslim, there are Hindu, Buddhism etc.
There are different reasons behind the spread of Christian religion in Asia. The torture and persecution of the Muslim invaders is one of the chief reason. Thousands of people got protection from Christianity. Naturally they became Christian.
Again, there are many divisions in Hindu and Muslim religion. The poor would not be treated fairly . Those who would do lower activities would be considered as untouchable. They would never given least social status. Such social division led the people to take the path of Christianity.
Christianity is more liberal . There is no social division in Christianity. People are equally treated there. On the other hand, in Muslim and Hindu religion there are many prejudices and superstitions. There is no liberty. People are forced to observe the customs there. Christian religion is never dictated there by any individual.
Besides, poverty also helps to lead the people to Christianity. Other religions are confined in odd back dated ideals. But Christianity works for the development of the society and education. It aims for the improvement of the backward. Naturally such steps help people to be attracted to Christian religion.
