1. What are the criteria for the appraisal and evaluation of the employee?
2. How I will be rated among my peers?
3. What is the feedback mechanism?
4. How much I expect a pay hike?
5. Do we get a level hike with appraisal etc?

For Training

1. What is the training structure here
2. Is it internal or external
3. Is there any soft skill-related training or only work-related
4. What if I want to do some costly course, will the company pay for it etc?

For compensation

1. What is the compensation plan?
2. Is there any bifurcation as a fixed salary and variable?
3. what are other perks and allowances?
