Equal Employment opportunity is an employment practice where employers do not engage in employment activities prohibited by law. It is illegal to discriminate an employee based on sex, creed, race, religion, colour and background.
Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 helped the employees in U.S from discriminatory practices. The title VII protects the employees from employment opportunities including recruitment, hiring, promotion, compensation, benefits and training.
