Answer #1

Coping process is a process of recovering from a trauma or a bad experience .This also includes stress related issues and financial problems. They first need to recover from the shock and analyse the problem and come up with a solution. They need to stay close with friends and family and discuss their experience so that the burden can be reduced. This helps a person in coming out of the situation and continue with their life. For example a person who lost a close family member will go through a lot. It takes much time for them to accept the truth that they cannot be brought back and move on , They need to regain their stability and get back to normal. The coping process depends on the depth of the situation and different people take different time for this process. One might be very quick while the other might take much long to cope up. Some steps like accepting the truth are very tough for some people than the others. It all depends on the mindset of the person.
