Unionization helps a company reduce team conflict as it help the company to know the problems faced by the employees. There area some advantages of union formation which include, it enables employees negotiate terms with the employer, form strikes in case of an issue, collect dues, fees and fines in an organized group.
On the other hand, union formation has some drawbacks where it does not guarantee higher wages, better benefits, employment, prevention of terminations or set job standards.
