Human resource department is one of the crucial departments in any firm as it is responsible for holding up the firm and managing the day to day activities . It is responsible for many activities of the firm like hiring, training etc.,

When the HR has an excellent training program for the employees such that every employee of the firm who attended the training proved to be much improved and are giving their best for the firm's development , human resources might be seen as the strength for that organization. In the same when the human resources plays an important role in solving an issue between the employees which is causing a lot of disturbance in the activities of the firm , then human resources is seen as the strength of the firm.

When the HR introduces training programs which are too expensive and the outputs are also not as expected , human resources is seen as a weakness for the firm as it is resulting in the failure of the firm. Unbalanced work conditions, improper communication in the firm etc ., makes the human resources a weakness for the firm.
