answer-

1- The main difference between leadership skills and management skills is that Skills of leader are used to influence the people and persuade them to come with leader and achieve the common vision or goals leader have while skills of manager are used to Manage people in a workplace setting and then take work from them even employees may not want to work but they have to obey their orders.

Second, Skills of leaders are depend on the personality and experience a leader had while skills of manager comes from knowledge and education which i think can be taught in management schools.

2- I worked in a fast food restaurant for part time job. I worked for a Manager who i think showed excellent management skills like Planning, organizing, staffing and controlling. My manager got a big order for a party at his restaurant but party should be organized in one day so Manager made a proper plan that what should be done and how should be done. He organize employees like define their roles and responsibilities. if any employee did not want to work then he used his position and direct them to work so that goal can be achieved. He supervise and control all the resources like food, people, decoration, lightning etc. also make sure if any employees do not work then proper action should be taken.

This Manager was the example of effective manager withe excellent management skills as goals were achieved and employees were also satisfied with his supervision.

3-The excellent leadershhip skills i saw in a Coach of a sports team for which my friend used to play. The coach was true leader with good vision, inspiration to win and good influencing power on his players. One day, All team players were in game at college level and start was very bad so in break time. Caoch find that team player were not trusting each other so game was going bad. By seeing this situation, Coach inspire the all players that trust is key and all players should trust each player that win of the game is win of all players so do not be competitive inside the team.

The speech and inspiration from Coach helps the player to bring trust and energy and team win the game finally.
