A heavier person and a lighter person both want to parachute with equal velocities. Which one will need a larger parachute?

For equal velocities with a different mass of the persons, the heavier person will need a larger parachute. As for the same velocities, for more mass the thrust should be more. for the more thrust, more area is need => larger parachute is needed.
