Delinquency Prevention is basically a non-justice program or policy designs that are used to prevent the occurrence of future acts of delinquency. Hence the burden of delinquency prevention is generally distributed between; parents, schools, non-profits, and governmental agencies at the local state and federal, levels. However, the burden of delinquency prevention is distributed between the court and the government level.
