Answer: I agree with this text. The major aim of any corporation is wealth creation and promotion of the economic activity. A corporation achieves a number of goals simultaneously through its goal of wealth creation. When a corporation makes profits it pays taxes and more taxes result in more money with the government. The government can use this tax collection for various social welfare purposes and provision of essential services like public roadways, water treatment and law enforcement. If the corporations will not pay taxes or their ability to pay taxes reduces then it will directly impact on the provision of the essential services by the government. The economic activity and increased profitability also ensures employment in the society. The employees of the companies also pay individual taxes and hence the government has more taxes. Thus the corporation search for profit is beneficial to the society and the nations as a whole.
