How does OKR impact school administration ?
Objectives. You start by defining 4 key objectives on company, team or personal levels. Objectives should be ambitious, qualitative, time bound and actionable by the person or team.
Results. Under each objective, define 3-4 measurable results, not more. Key results should be quantifiable, achievable, lead to objective grading and be difficult, but not impossible. OKR results can be based on growth, performance, revenue or engagement. Often they are numerical, but they can also show if something is done or undone, so a binary 0 or 1.

OKR is one of the best tools to define and track outcomes of an organisation actually it's a framework which helps in formulation of strategies. Andy Grover is called as father of OKR's and he say's that "The key result has to be measurable. But at the end you can look, and without any arguments: Did I do that or did I not do it? Yes? No? Simple. No judgments in it.

School being vital part of society it's main responsibility is to build career of children's, In order to do this it should formulate strategies based on pre-set objectives and that can be learning, skill development, good academic results, development of ethics, increasing number of schools etc.

1) Objective - Create good academic results.
Key results - *Highest percentage secured by students.
* passing rate ( more than 85 percent ).
2) Objective - Increase number of admission in school.
Key results - * Total number of admission done at pre- primary level ( compare with last year).
* Total number of admission done at post- primary level (compare with last year ).
3) objective - Increase participation of female students in sports meet of year.
Key results - * Number of female students participated in sportsmeet. (Compare with last year).
* Number of prizes own( ratio of prizes own to number of female participants ).
4) objective - opening of new school in other city by 2021.
Key results - * Does it took steps to arrange funds needed to open school ( yes/no).
* Is their any increase in profit made by school compared to last year ( yes/no).
In this way institutions or any kind of organisations need to set objectives and even it needs to set number of key results so that it can measure whether it met with its objectives or not and even there should be specified time limit to fulfil thise objectives then only OKR proves useful.
