2. If you were Operations Manager at Hanson Canada, what would be some of the challenges you may encounter?

Hanson Canada being an education institution would require a serious effort towards improving educational quality and student satisfaction too and there are some major concerns which an operation manager at Hanson Canada would face:

• Seriously worried about the way that a student receives the educational support or the facilities extended to him.
• For inducing the culture of proper reporting to the head departments
• Or the interdepartmental communications
• They also face a challenge of recruiting the right staff as teachers or faculty
• Taking care of the student enrolling and admission services and the process
• Managing the services that are being provided to the student as promised

Any many other challenges which change from institution to institution. Some of the points may be common for most of the organizations and some are specific to Hanson Canada. So please bear with that.
