Ans- Adaptive Leadership approach as it deals with followers and sees how these followers react when the environment gets changes or when they are in problem. In this kind of leadership, leaders support followers. Leaders help their followers on focussing their attention. It is a follower centred.

Leaders engage in activities and try to mobilize their followers and try to encourage them to face the change coming in their lives. He motivates them by providing ideals to face the change in their life. He tries to organize the opportunity and sets up what followers need by exceeding the best possible opportunity. He helps in recognizing where they are and how to make the change they need in their life. He helps his followers in focussing their attention and their goals of life.
