Discuss how you plan to use research in the future for not-for-profit and public sector organizations. How have you seen public administrators use data and performance measures for organizations in your area or community?

The research that can be used would be purely based on numbers and statistics wherein it would start from exploratory research wherein the organization would try and form boundaries and then can switch to descriptive wherein certain data points can be taken into consideration and then can dig deeper to prove or disprove the hypothesis. This would ensure that in lesser time more accurate results are achieved which are beneficial for the company and the entire sector in the long run.

Public administrators have always focused on statistics to get the objective results because they are answerable to the public as well and hence it become very important that they have a reason for every action so that public can also understand their work behavior.
