The AAA framework can be considered as one of the ways how international entry can be seen where one example for this is KFCin this regard, it can be mentioned that KFC used the adaptation by understanding the local needs and changing the menu according to that while it used the aggregation strategy by sticking to a constant recipe model and it also use the arbitrage by understanding the differences in taste of chicken between the local market and the company and that is the reason why it is able to success especially in a country like India.
