After adding to 100 ml flask,

Final volume will be 100 ml

Milimoles of Ag+ added = molarity × Volume (ml)

mmol of Ag+ = 10 × 0.002 = 0.02

So [Ag+] = mmol/final volume

Hence, [Ag+] = 0.02/100 = 0.0002 M
