Issues of the organization:
Yes! My organization as well is facing the following issues with the employees. The major being the absenteeism and low productivity.
The employees in the organization are not working effectively and there is lack of enthusiasm among the employees in relation to the work and the tasks given to them at workplace. This further results into low level of productivity at workplace with poor rate of output on the part of the employees.
