Cheating as a student could potentially translate into one's behavior in the work world. There are several reasons to back this statement. Firstly, what we learn or do as a child reflects in our actions in our adulthood as well. I would like to back this point by quoting a notable figure in the field of psychology, Sigmund Frued, who believed that childhood experiences shape our personalities and behavior as adult. Secondly, a habit once formed is impossible to change and becomes a part of us for the entire lifetime until we put sincere and conscious efforts to unlearn it. The students who escape hard work and resort to cheating have a tendency to shirk work and this attitude is carried on with them in there future endeavour as well. So when they will enter into the work world it is very much possible that they will want everything to be served to them on a platter as they haven't experienced what success looks like when one puts his own sweat and blood into it. They will look for unethical and immoral ways of getting there jobs done and this will not just be detrimental to their self-growth but will also ruin the work environment around them.
