My unique theory of leadership is exemplary theory of leadership which is based on the premises that a leader is perfect when they lead by example while showing ethical values in their words as well as action.
My hypothesis is that every follower follow the action, direction and behavior of their leader. When leader show exemplary leadership behavior then other employees will also show exemplary performance.
for example- A leader refuses to take bribe for taking shortcuts in business because taking bribe is unethical as well as illegal so after watching such behavior employees will show their high performance in order to help leader to achieve the goals and objectives. they will also not take bribe because leader did not take.
if leader come on time at work, help his subordinates in their job, motivate them then employees will also do their best in order to help leader.
for example- a sales team leader appreciate the work of sales person, motivate them respect. team leader also go to field and show sales people that how they should sell product so this motivate sales people to show high performance and achieve sales target because leader is also showing efforts as well.
