I’m in a DAU class (CON 216) & I’m checking test questions and not sure how to answer. Who decides which forum in which to be a timely protest? Choices are "the Competition Advocate", "SBA", "The requiring activity", "Contracting Officer", or "Protestor". I know it is not Contracting Officer or Requiring Actiivty & I think it's Protester. Please assist.

Yes, Protester is the correct answer because Protestor is a person who publicly demonstrates opposition to something; a demonstrator. and three forums can an interested party file a protest are 1 Agency. 2-Government Accountability Office (GAO) 3.. U.S. Court of Federal Claims .
