• When work is going on they should constantly check that whether the work which has been accomplished so far is of good quality or not or whether whatever is going is being done according to the quality guidelines or not. Monitoring this way not only will develop a good project with time but also one does not need to do correction if there is something wrong at the end and it saves a lot of time for the project managers and the project can be delivered on time.
• Proper communication during each step can ensure the team members too how to complete their task with time so that the project does not get delayed and is of a quality one. When the project manager communicates properly from time to time then all the team members work accordingly and the end result is a good one.
