Could the crisis of the fourteenth century be viewed as a positive for European society?
The crisis of 14th century could not be viewed as positive for European society as crisis slowed down the growth of Europe and it's created too much problem by way of bringing demographic collapse. Black death took place during 14th century which also minimize the population but at the cost of life of people. Crisis also brought political instability among political system and economy was declining continuously. Crisis also caused to religious up and downs which were not good for European society. So overall crisis was adverse for European society.
