The QI projects or the quality improvement projects hold importance in the organization because of the immense value the organization can derive from maintaining and improving the quality of the organization and the processes involved in the business. The quality projects are very much on the strategic initiatives of the management and have a specific dedicated team to measure the performance of the QI projects and then be responsible for implementing the altered forms of QI projects to increase the improvement in the projects.

The organization has a separate team which is responsible for implementing the QA methodology in the organization and be responsible for its compliance. The basic process involves the planning of relevant measures which need to be taken in order to improve the quality by assessing the current scenario of the organization. This is generally done by taking feedback from the departments in the organization and then create strategies and plans to implement the quality improvement plans. The next ideal stage is to measure the performance of the QI methodology that has been adopted by the organization, track the performance and then review again for any necessary changes in the QI methodology. The compliance with this methodology is ensured by these dedicated teams and they are always monitoring and improving the plans to improve the QI methodology in the organization.
