A person who sets us a business and runs it for profits with effective planning and the ability to lead is called an entrepreneur. There are many people who are perfect examples for entrepreneurs. These people are not only business leaders but also have immense knowledge on the market conditions and how to carry on the business without getting into issues and can handle risks effectively.. So they are more than just a simple business owner. He/she must be quick, patient, enthusiastic and determined. They must have their own way of planning and executing things and they must be able to make their employees work as a team. When an entrepreneur can turn a simple business into a big entity and can provide employment to several employees with profits and reputation, then they are successful. Success is achieving the target with honesty and determination and never letting ourselves get depressed.
