Difference between a form and a report:
Form:
In a form you can do different kind of things like add, delete
or update.
In form you can do one operation at a time.
In forms only display data on the screen.
In forms you can modify the values entered by user.
Report:
Report are used to present data.
Report is only read only it cannot be modified.
Report is used to display whole records.
Reports are used for printing.
Reports can gather data from more than one source.

To make a good form you must follow some golden rules if you don't follow them your form becomes dull which is bad.
There should be four important components which makes a form or
a report good.
1. It should be very clear, everything should be defined clearly
there shouldn't be any confusion for the user.
2. It should be brief your form or report should be brief it should
clear the user what it's saying but should be brief.
3. It should be clever what it means that your form or report
should cleverly describe what it means so that it keep user focus
intact and his work should be completed simultaneously,
4. it should be easy to understandable now this is the most
important thing of a form or a report which makes it good and
outshines
