Bend Oregon is the place that has the record of the more rainy day than the sunny day in a year due to its location near the mountain, and the climate rate of this place is much higher than the other one by which we can simply understand that it is the snowiest place than the others.

The Portland has not always the snowy nature, it has the cool and mild temperature which gets easily mixed with the season when it is the summer then the winds get hot when it is the cold then winds get cool, so according to its nature, it has less use of raincoat.

so, when we live in a Bend Oregon, then we need to use raincoat more than to live in Portland.
