The two vital assessments of diversity perceptions and cultural intelligence, it is important to mention that both the highly critical about in dealing with diverse contexts. As for me, I am definitely considering to increase cultural competency so that I can communicate in a proper way with people belonging from diverse cultures. In 2 to 3 years, I am looking forward to diversify myself so that I can change my perception towards the various cultures. This will help me to increase my cultural intelligence and diversify my perception as well.
