Employees motivation is very important factor to be successful in global world. There are different ways of motivating employees in different cultures. It is very important for the MNCs to understand the factors which motivates the workers to perform well. These motivational factors differ from cultures to cultures. Successful MNCs effectively motivate European employees, Chinese employees, Southeast Asian( Indonesian) employees is a reward system. These rewards can be given in any way such as raise in salary, stock option or a bonus. It is most common practice in countries with high individualism to use financial incentives as a factor to motivate its employees. There are also some of the non-financial ways of motivating that successful MNCs use. Theses are recognition, feedback or time off.
