Employees motivation is very important factor to be successful in global world. There are different ways of motivating employees in different cultures. It is very important for the MNCs to understand the factors which motivates the workers to perform well. These motivational factors differ from cultures to cultures. Successful MNCs effectively motivate European employees, Chinese employees, Southeast Asian( Indonesian) employees is a reward system.
